We offer a range of design services to meet the needs of every project. We have licensed installers in the UK only. We offer a video survey and design development for non-UK clients who have access to local build teams.

This is your minimum commitment. Post an initial call, we will visit the site, with one of our build partners and review the proposed location, understand whether any clearance or removal of exisitng structures are required. With a week, we will present a series of deisgn renders and basic layouts from which out build partner can provide and out line quote.

Showing the exact dimensions and positions of all fixtures, including electrical plans. This document will reflect in detail all of hte line items on the quotation and will act as the commited design framework. Priced from £1200 to £1800 depending on project size and scope

These will be required in the event of building control reuirement. This document will include technical and engineering calculations including those for the foundations and base.

Design pack required for planning permission. To include all relevant information to the scale the planning department require.
Our Process
1. Initial discussion
Together, we outline the brief and outline budget. Discuss the various design packages that are suitable to the project as well as understanding whether there are any planning obligations
2. Onsite survey
Meet both our lead designer and Head of Construction, disucss the site, access and some initial design ideas. We will send you initial renders and basic layouts, with indicative build costs.
3. Detail design stage
Choose one of our design packages. Formalise a quote with one of our licensed install teams.
4.Deposit paid
Once your 50% deposit is paid to your build team, we agree a start date. 40% paid one week prior, with the final balance paid on completion.
