  • Start by scheduling a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget to outline a clear path forward. After that meeting, we provide a proposal detailing scope and next steps

  • Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. Concept development can take a few weeks, if planning permits are requried, this can take up to three months. We establish milestone dates early and keep you informed throughout. We never commit to a completion date, because there are so many factors (e/g the weather) that can impact a deadline.

  • We operate on a milestone-based invoice model. You receive clear invoices at predetermined stages—such as concept approval, design development, and construction kickoff—so you can plan cash flow confidently. These invoice stages are 50% - which secured the order and kicks of material procurement and build, 40% paid once we have agreed a start date, 10% on day of completion.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. We offer a guide at the start, so make sure that we are likely to be able to work within your budget. Once the design iterations are complete, we provide a detailed line by line quote.

  • here are some general planning rules in the UK which are based around heights and distance from the boundary. In principle, if your building is closer than 2m from the boundary, the cabin should not be over 2.5m in height. If it is 2m or beyond from the fence, the building can be up to 4m.

However there are many layers to Planning Permission including whether our building resides in the curtiledge of a listed building or whether you are in a conservation area or ANOB. All of these factors are likely to require planning permission.
