Design development
We collaborate closely with you to shape a space that responds to your site and lifestyle. We charge £90 for an onsite survey (refundable upon sale) and "£295 for the design development work. Examples of which can be seen in our portfolio.

Design Sign off
Continuous iterations, including final render and video presentations. Planning permit support, if required. Contract sign off. A 50% deposit activates the project and we ask for 40% once the on-site start date has been agreed, with 10% paid upon completion.

On-Site
With great client access, we build the entire structure in our workshop and drop the cabins onto site. If access is tricky, we build modular wall sections and complete on-site. Our projects take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks depending on scale and complexity.

Post Occupancy
We would closely with clients throughout the building and make sure that on the day of competion, the client is happy to sign off with no outstanding snags. Upon the payment fo the final 10% we hand over the warranty, documents
